Getting started

Once you've signed in, hit New Campaign in the sidebar. The wizard walks you through your business profile, picks a scene template (or builds one from a description), and lets you paste up to 100 LinkedIn URLs or upload a CSV. We take it from there.

Our scan agent looks at LinkedIn, public business records, property databases, and deliverability checks to recommend home, office, or both. Each address comes with a confidence score so you can decide what to ship.

Your campaign goes through three automated stages: Scan (find verified addresses), Enrich (research the prospect's company + team), and Generate (create the personalized postcard). You'll see live progress in the Campaigns tab.

Reviewing + approving

Open any campaign and click the Reviews tab. Each postcard shows the front, with a flip for the handwritten back-of-card note. Approve, edit, or regenerate inline.

Hit Edit on any review card. You can swap the prospect photo, replace the company logo, edit the handwritten message (or have AI rewrite it with your direction), and change the template. Regenerate when you're ready.

In the back-message editor, type your own version ("more playful tone, mention they spoke at SaaStr") and hit Regenerate. The AI will treat your text as guidance and rewrite, while saving your direction so you can iterate.

Shipping

Only after you approve. Approved postcards go straight to production and first-class USPS mail. You'll see tracking IDs the moment each one ships.

In the Shipments tab of a campaign, select multiple draft shipments and click 'Submit N for printing'. They're sent serially so you get predictable cost reporting and clear progress on failure.

We update each shipment in near real time as it moves — printing, in transit, delivered. The Shipments tab always reflects the latest known state.

Billing + points

1 point = 1 unit of work. A delivered postcard burns 5 points (1 scan + 2 enrich + 2 generate). Print + first-class mail is included in those 5 points.

Points reset each billing cycle on Starter and Pro. Enterprise plans can keep a rolling bank — contact sales.

From the Billing page, click Manage subscription. You keep access through the end of your current billing period.
