We're here when you need us.
Most answers are below. If you can't find what you're looking for, drop us a ticket and we'll respond within one business day, usually a lot sooner.
Getting started
Once you've signed in, hit New Campaign in the sidebar. The wizard walks you through who you are, the card design (pick one or describe the scene you want), the note on the back, and then your prospects: paste LinkedIn URLs or upload a CSV, up to 500 prospects per campaign. We take it from there.
Every prospect's address is verified against multiple independent signals and checked for deliverability before we recommend mail to home, mail to office, or flag that there is no deliverable address. Each recommendation comes with a confidence score so you decide what gets mailed.
We verify where each prospect actually receives mail, learn enough about their world to make the card feel personal, and design a one-of-one card for each of them. You'll see live progress on the campaign page, and nothing mails until you approve it.
Design free. Add credits to generate cards; they're only spent when a card mails. You can build a campaign and see real designs before buying anything.
Reviewing and approving
Open any campaign and go to Review cards. Each card shows the front, with a flip for the note on the back. Approve, edit, or redesign inline.
Hit Edit on any card. You can swap the prospect photo, replace the company logo, edit the message (or give direction and have it rewritten), and change the design. Redesign when you're ready.
In the back-message editor, type your own version ("more playful tone, mention they spoke at SaaStr") and hit Rewrite. Your text is treated as guidance, and your direction is saved so you can keep iterating.
Yes. Add a QR code in the design studio and point it at a link, a calendar invite, or your contact details. Link and calendar codes are personalized per prospect and log every scan, so scan counts show up on the campaign page.
Sending
Only after you approve. On a handwritten campaign, a robotic arm holding a real pen writes your note in genuine ink; on a printed campaign, the note is typeset next to the address. Either way the front design is printed and the card goes out first-class. You'll get status updates as the printer reports printing, in transit and delivered.
Open the Shipments tab on a campaign, select the cards and click Send. You'll see each card move through its own status as it goes out.
We update each card as it moves: printing, in transit, delivered. The Shipments tab always reflects the latest known state.
Billing and credits
A printed card spends 1 credit, a handwritten card 2, only when it is accepted for mailing. Research, drafts, previews, and redesigns do not spend credits. Address lookups that come up empty never spend credits.
Yes. Pay-as-you-go credits never expire, so you can top up now and send when you're ready.
Buy credits from the Billing page in your dashboard. Credits are $2.50 each with a minimum top-up of 10 credits ($25), and no plan change is needed.
There is no subscription to cancel on pay-as-you-go billing. Enterprise invoicing can be handled with your account team.
